Shipping & Delivery

Raging Bull Exotics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information about how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. In general, returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back within the specified time window.

Certain items such as sale products, custom items, or limited editions may be final sale and not eligible for return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
